Refund & Trip Policy

At Holy Land Experience LLC, we are honored to organize life-changing journeys to the Holy Land. Due to the unique nature of international group travel in the Middle East, we do not offer refunds once deposits or payments have been made.

Because we secure transportation, lodging, meals, entrance fees, and other arrangements far in advance, many of these payments are made to vendors in a region that does not operate with deposit or refund structures typical in the United States. These funds are often non-refundable to us, which makes it impossible for us to offer refunds to our travelers.

If You Are Unable to Travel

If you are unable to travel with your scheduled group, we are committed to working with you. We will gladly:

  • Move your trip to a later available date, or

  • Attempt to place you on another scheduled group trip, if your original group travels without you

Our goal is always to ensure that everyone who desires to experience the Holy Land has the opportunity to do so.

Regional Instability & Unforeseen Events

Travel in the Middle East can occasionally be affected by regional instability, governmental actions, military conflicts, public health situations (such as COVID-19), or other unforeseen events beyond our control. Holy Land Experience LLC has no authority over such events.

However, we have extensive experience navigating the complexities of travel in the region. In the past, we have never failed to take a group that desired to travel. When necessary, trips have been successfully rescheduled to accommodate changing circumstances.

If a trip cannot proceed on your group’s originally scheduled dates, we will work diligently to reschedule your group to a future date that works both for your group and within our existing travel calendar.

Cancellation by Traveler

If you choose to cancel your trip after making a deposit or full payment for personal reasons, we are unable to issue a refund. At that point, funds have already been committed to secure your reservations and are not refundable to us.
